We tried almost every flavor could not choose a favorite my partner got a milk shake and I got a double coned with a fresh made bubble cone so good!

From the moment I stepped inside, I knew I was in for a treat and now I can't stop raving about the Taro Milk Tea with Boba that was prepared for me. It was, hands down, one of the best I have ever had! The balance of flavors was spot-on, and the boba pearls were cooked to perfection - chewy yet not overly sweet. It was truly a drink that hit all the right spots and left me craving more! My drink was the ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of working outside all day. The customer service at Chill Out Ice Creamery was exceptional. Ben went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was top-notch. He was friendly, attentive, and caring. His enthusiasm and willingness to go the extra mile truly made my visit perfect. Needless to say, I will definitely be recommending Chill Out Ice Creamery to all my friends and neighbors, in fact before I even got home a neighbor asked where I had gotten my boba milk tea and I recommended the Ice Creamery. A less than 5 star review, really?! What the heck?! 22 choices for a little tiny town like Suncrest, in the busy summer months, on a holiday weekend, seems more than sufficient to me. Thanks for what you do. We went the other night...you had no sugar added for my husband with diabetes, the rocky road was awesome and my pup got a cup of whipped cream...AND...the staff was so nice when I was that person who walked in at 7:45PM (15 mins. before closing). Sadly, working in the service industry, I understand how disheartening it is getting a negative review. I would love to give my side of the story; unfortunately, in Healthcare, because of HIPAA laws, you can't respond. We here, who appreciate what you do, have your back!!

The ice cream flavors are unique and always very delicious. My husband likes Deep Space which is dark chocolate with marshmallow, and I love the Key Lime Pie. I haven't tried a flavor that hasn't been amazing, like the Blueberry Waffle Cone, which blew me away! There are games to play on the tables, video games, and foosball table. Great service and great ambiance. We love to go with our kids after a hike, makes such an amazing treat. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Their ice cream is the best I've ever had! Plus, they have lots of varieties of flavors. They're friendly and fast, too.
